Hi @MDT ....looks like it was me who was confused .... I re-read the thread, and I thought what she said to you was what you said to her ..... so my reply, if you read it like that, was upside down.

I does sound like you’re on the same page and can go out as mates for now .... I say for now because it might turn into something else further down the track, but that is nothing to worry about from now.

Just go out and have fun. You will meet other people that way too .... both of you, see what happens and try not to worry about it.

SOrry @MDT You had your hopes up and then let down ... WHen I was your age I found many girls were more superficial than the guys I hung out with as friends. We can never generalise about ALL ... there aleays be the exception ... that is life changing and good.

It is experience with pluses and minuses. No guarantees in life .. part of it is living and learning.

I am totally flat out atm with serious family commitments. Pls dont take any delay from me as meaning anything about how I feel about what occurs on the forum. Its just that I havent had time yet.
