That would be extremely hardfor you to deal with Jay - I feel for you 
I know you are sick of the ban but you and I both know there is nothing you can do to change it - and as much as it sucks - it is what it is! Imagine how happy everyone will be to 'see' you when you are able to go back on. The only downside to that is that we won't have your company as much here (insert really big sad face here!)
You have us here for support for now and I am actually grateful that the other site suggested this forum to you as if they hadn't I would not have got to know you - and I am really pleased to have got to know you

Nothing really @Former-Member My physical issues prevent me from doing much at all - which in turn does not help with my MH - so it becomes a vicious cycle. It is a nice day here today and I may be able to sit outside for a little while but that is dependent on my headache. I can't tolerate bright light and even with sun glasses on it can still be a little too much - so I will just have to see how I go.
What are you up to today? Anything planned?
