under 30s thread

under 30s thread

thought it might be cool to get everyone under 30 years old to share their experiences on the forum
just to help each other with "young people stuff"

yeh the support was nice, i needed it today 🙂

i feel okay now. Just watching david bowie interviews on youtube. I love his music and he is funny in interviews

@Fearandloathing this thread is for under 30s (as you can see lol) so its just a place to chat really. There are others on here too so that when youngins like us are here we have a thread to chat

Re: under 30s thread

thanks for that @Former-Member i should learn how to link things in!

ah i see @gymgirl240 thats understandable and also its really normal for what your going through too. please make sure you keep up with the self care and your supports as well- i know you have your pscyhologist, have you got a psychiatrist and gp that you can confide in too? perhaps taking a read up on PTSD, you can get a better understanding of how your bodys reacting and how to help yourself too. theres a thread her with coping strategies with lots of things you could try too. not just distractions but other things like turning negatives into positives, thought challanging, and a few others i cant quite remember but can tag you into it if you would like

that goes for everyone as well- the thread is called got a good coping strategy share it here.

Re: under 30s thread

Re: under 30s thread

Why did you drive for 5 hts @outlander ?

Re: under 30s thread

@MDT its one of my coping strategies generally i dont drive that long but time got away from me. I wasnt thinking properly and was unsafe but going home i wasnt sure if i could resist temptations. I wont put others at risk no intentionally anyway while driving and i dont usually have sh things in my car. So in a way was the safest option
