under 30s thread

thought it might be cool to get everyone under 30 years old to share their experiences on the forum
just to help each other with "young people stuff"

Re: under 30s thread

@outlanderquestion for you all should a 13year old have the rights to stand over a 19 year old and tell them what to do and when that 19 year old stands her grounds she just gets call words and gets called a compolsive lyer by the 13 year old. everytime the 19 year old tries to tell the mother the mother doesnt believe the 19 year old. what can she do ( the 19 year old)

Re: under 30s thread

No @gymgirl240 no one has the right to do that to anyone no matter their age
Is this happening to you?

Is there someone else the 19yr old can talk to instead of their mother? Another family member? Someone close to you?

Re: under 30s thread

What about someone else? Like an aunt or someone else besides your immediate family?

Have you thought about moving out? Or sharing with roommates? @gymgirl240
I have been in that situation with family too. I cant speak to my mother and sunshine radiates out rhe backside of my 2 sisters where i cop all the crap. It sounds similar to what your goung through.

Do you mind me asking what it is that your trying to talk to your mother about? Or what the arguments are between u and the 13yr old? Is she your sister/brother?

Re: under 30s thread

@outlanderthe 13 year old is my sister and sha has just been a complete little turd towards me. i havent been home much for the past 4 days but some how always have done something wrong to her. Last night i came home and had 2 hot chips and got a massive lecture from the sister and everytime i try to say something im always in the wrong or a compolsive lyer when i hate liers. I have tried to talk to my mother about how she is treating me and all i get told is to just not talk to her and dont go near her i have done that and still get in shit by her. my mother only cares about my younger sister and brother. I had a family friend who not long moved to brisbane and i was suppost to go and move with them and then my mother found out and had a massive go at all three off us. im nearly 20 and getting treated like shit and im over that bad that i am trying to find places for myself to live and if i cant find any places in hervey bay i have a few houses in brisbane but just have to find a way to get my stuff there. I help out so much around this house i cook, clean and make sure that they call come home to a clean house and i get treated like this. And after going through what im still going through this doesnt help at all. I want to live in brisbane but am not allowed to go as my mother always fights with me everytime i say anything about brisbane

Re: under 30s thread

Sounds alot like my household @gymgirl240
Im wondering if you could stay with that family friend even for a little while till you get on your feet more? Your over 18 so can move out if you choose to do so. If you were to find and get a house in bridbane would that friend help you move?

Re: under 30s thread

@outlanderwith the friend that moved to brisbane my name is on the lease so i can legally move in there but just have been waiting as i still have to deal with some things here and yes he would help me in a heart beat to move me there as he says to me i have my rights to live there

Re: under 30s thread

Ok so really everything is sorted out in that sense then @gymgirl maybe you could bare with this knowing that when everything is finished you have a new house waiting for you?
Or perhaps you could travel when you need to from brisbane to where ever depending on how far it is?
