i am feeling really down this morning. sorry for dumping this here i think i just need to let it out. i saw my psychologist yesterday and felt positive but i was having a "good" day. this morning i've woken up and i'm having a very bad day 😞

@outlanderhey yeah i have been okay just have been helping a family member move for the past 4 days and have been cleaning there place and just trying to keep my mind off things
