oh dear @Former-Member has anyone tried to contact you from there? as in reception or psychologist?
they do have a duty of care to you so they should be checking up on you, i think they would be more concerned about your safety rather than telling you your in trouble

ok well first things first @Former-Member are you safe right now?
has your psychologist contacted you?
often if they think you are a threat to harm yourself or others they will send some other services around to check on you
