It's a christmas miracle @outlander - nearly 6 hours and no distressing nightmares. Still very tired and woke with a headache - but manageable for now.
I could see you were doing it tough last night so no dramas at all Hon. Just get through today - hour by hour - that is all you need to do okay

ive read and spoke to you about alot of the things you do for your siblings @Former-Member you are #1 brother to them. you could never ever be replaced
wow! thats fantastic. i havent slept yet and went to work at 4am this morning so that was fun- not
pops gone in for his surgury or at least the appt time now and have to wait for house inspectors. and ok by hour by hour is it, maybe even shorter intervals @Zoe7

break it down into 15 minute intervals then @outlander - makes each hour go quicker
@Former-Member The important thing is that you want to be a good role model - and that in iteself makes you a good role model - you are thinking of others first
I am going to head off this thread for a while @Former-Member and do some christmassy things for the christmas threads. I'll check in later with you though. Enjoy your shopping - and try not tostress about your appointment later today - once it is over you can put all you presents together for the kids

we arent perfect @Former-Member we all do things we regret or couldve done better, thats the point of learning. learn from your mistakes and move forward. might take a few goes but as long as your learning.
you are learning, ive noticed the changes through your writing, so well done 🙂
i hope you enjoy your shopping, good luck in the xmas crowds though! sheesh and the heat- is it hot where you are? we are expecting to hit 40 here.
