Re: My struggle
I'm sorry to hear how you're feeling today @Evie1. Are you able to explain a little more about what's happening for you today?

Re: My struggle
@Elvie1 that sounds like a really hard place to be. It’s great that you want to change. There are other members here on the forums who are in a similar situation.
Nell23 has written a great post here about her experience with trying to stop self-harming. You might find it helpful to read.
From reading a couple of your other posts, it sounds like you have felt this way before; and that you have been seeing a psychologist weekly. As @Kurra suggested above, perhaps there are some strategies you have used before that might be helpful today. Can you think of anything you could try?

Re: My struggle
Hi Evie
What strategy or support did you use last time you were feeling this way? Or maybe you can try some new strategies. There's plenty of information about strategies others have used and recommend if you do a quick search of the forums. Even something simple like going for a walk, imagining you're in a peaceful and happy place, or listening to some uplifting music
Have you mentioned to your psychologist that you might need some coping strategies? I'm sure they can help you with some ideas next time you have an appointment.
Remember you can contact Lifeline on 13 11 14 if you need to talk to someone immediately.
