Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Got something that's bugging you?

Want to vent, but don't want a response?

Sometimes our minds can get stuck in circles trying to sort out an issue. This can keep you up at night, or make it hard to focus on other things. I find that putting things away, and not thinking about it temporarily can be helpful.

This is the place to get it out, and then give yourself permission to let it go.

Maybe you will need to get back to it some other time, but this is space where you can put it in a place so that you can leave it for some time and (try) not to worry about it in the mean time.

It's a thread where people don't need to reply, it purely just to get it out your worry and concerns.

If you want to show your support for someone, hit the 'like' button. In this thread, 'like' doesn't mean that you 'like' someone's issue, but you support them in letting it out.

So write down your concerns, put it in a vault, shut the door, and allow yourself to walk away from it.

Pls note: If you are reading other people's posts, please respect that they don't want a response. Show your support by 'Liking' their post.

Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Spending too much time thinking about the past. Hard to let it go. Feel like my family was disprespected and I was used without care. Makes my blood boil and I am made out to be the villian because I cracked under the pressure. They all knew how much I was struggling, but, they were all too selfish to really care. I'm so mad about how things turned out, all because of someone elses pride and stupidity. Why didn't he think about his family when its meant to be everythng to him? All this because of a heartless, uncaring woman who is made out to be a saint.

Hi Snowie,
I know that you have posted in a section of the forums where no responses are expected but it seems important to reach out and encourage you to connect with your supports or services if you are feeling unable to keep yourself safe. You've had a difficult session with your therapist and it's important to be gentle with yourself tonight.

My partner just has no idea I called life line last night basically talked about our relationship because we cant do talk about our relationship I tell him I’ve called life line and then he thinks that he need to “help” me. Do I want security stability and a conservative monogamous relationship or do I want to step into the unknown. I’m drinking again tonight but I was alright today after drinking so I’ll probably be ok tomorrow too. I hate him right now but tomorrow I might love him it’s so annoying and I hate having to make big choices that maybe mistakes

Frustrated with weight, hard to stop thinking about it. Wish I could fast forward or rewind my life.

I feel overwhelmed. I have no idea how I am going to manage the things I need and want to do, practically and emotionally. I don't know how to be there for everyone I want to be there for and with in every way I want to be there for and with them. I am struggling to work out what is most important moment to moment. I'm struggling to think straight. I bounce from person to person and thing to thing feeling like I am not doing well enough at anything. I don't have enough to put 100% in to everything and in my twisted and messy mind me giving anything less than 100% isn't good enough. Hidden far away from my outside "I'm fine" face I feel anything other than fine and worry, constantly, that nothing I do will ever really be enough because I am not enough.
