Hi @Former-Member - i've been trying to catch up on the forums as i've been so busy i've been neglecting to post lately. I'm sorry that you didnt get a response today after writing such an honest and difficult post about how things are going for you. Sometimes things get so busy on here i think...
I can respect your need to close your account but wanted to respond first. It is exhausting to just survive each day and feel like things arent getting measureably better. I know other people have struggled here with similar feelings and situations. I often feel like life is just going to keep throwing crap in my way and i then don't deal wiht it well (or react similarly to a speed bump as when an actual explosive device and mount everest is thrown in my path..) and dont seem to be able to develop strategies that help me more of the time. Some part of me must keep hoping though coz i keep going... here is one place that we arent supposed to feel alone.. and it hink it has left you feeling alone today and im sorry for that.

It’s not the forum, I have resigned from all social media as I cannot cope anymore. It is not that I didn’t get a response, I just don’t think I have any thing to say or contribute anymore. I’m empty and have cut my life down to a few close acquaintances- that is all I can do at the moment.

that is understandable and sounds like you are looking after yourself in how it feels best right now @Former-Member . I hope that you will feel welcome to come back down the track.
Also, hesitantly, want to say that when i get very low, i have a tendency to withdraw and hide myself away, which i've been told numerous times doesnt help... but at the time it was all i could manage. So please hold on to those close acquaintances and if and when you want to, please come back 🙂
