Hi @MDT,
I would definitely be as fired up as you seem to be, if someone said that to me. I could feel the anger bubbling away inside of me just reading it.
I'm glad you have written out the way you feel in such a lengthy post. I am wondering though, whether it might be best to wait a little while before pressing the "post" button on the other forum. I have a bit of a history of getting myself into awful pickles by pressing "post" or "send" (on email) when my brain is filled up with super gigantic feelings.
It is so so SO hard to wait, but it is often very worth it. If once the feelings settle, it still feels right to press "post" then go for it. However, I know from experience that if I re-read something I've written, after the feelings settle, then I will often re-word bits of it such that I still get my message across, but in a way that sounds calm rather than fuelled with emotion. I'm actually having a lot of practice at this right now, so I totally get how hard it is (and often I mess it up!!!!), but when I do manage to do it, I feel better for having expressed myself calmly.
I'm jumping out of Forum Land for a while now, so I may not respond if you reply to this. I'm thinking of you @MDT.
