I dont know how much longer i can keep going on like this anymore. I feel completely defeated right about now

That wasnt fun 😞 😞
Th3 speculum they used had a sharp bit and scratched as it went in didnt stop till it got over half way in. . Not happy at all then they had to hold my feet so i couldnt move.
Care for this? Well have to put up with it and wear a pad for the next few hrs till it starts to heal.
And now i have to deal with this as well as flashbacks. Feeling quite no very distressed right now and theae are the flashbacks that made me make my last plan.

Ahh sorry sis @outlander but you got through it and it is over now. Just be gentle with yourself and take care of yourself. Can you go do something nice for yourself.

That parts over but the flashbacks arent. I cant even dedcribe them here. They are too triggerrinf nd i dont know if they go with guidelines. @Former-Member

Honestly right now its about keeping safe because these are ones that sent me to hospital on one of my ocassions and hospital isnt an option

Feel for you @outlander,it's violating and traumatic experience to have a pelvic examination, without any trauma triggers on top.
