I dont know how much longer i can keep going on like this anymore. I feel completely defeated right about now

I dont really have a circuit breaker @Appleblossom it just build up till i pop. Hospital is my circuit breaker but its not an option for me.
Ive had so much physio and crap done but it hasnt really helped. The only thing that helps and thats medications.
Have to keep looking hey

@outlander,if I had my own life be a different story I don't need a lecture,I said to him I have two other siblings,he said I have "a obligation"...great one after having a breakdown contributed by her,4 years of counseling ,and the fact that I get abused like today.I am telling him next time he starts,that I don't need anyone's judgements as they are not right.
