@Appleblossom im not coping as well as what id like to. Everything is hitting hard today and nights are worse. Ive barley slept over the past few nights 2 hrs in the past 48hrs before and last night was 4 hrs.
Besides physical pain from injuries and their lasting effects ive been having tunny troubles with a lot of cramps that initate period cramps however i havent had that for 3 months and counting. So have to gp back to gp.
I feel physically sick atm and my brain is going haywire full of emotions and thoughts and building up anxiety

Sounds awful and very difficult to deal with.
Stuff cascades and can grow bigger if you have not got a circuit breaker.
Are there any things that help you relax
or help you discharge energy.

Dealing with physical issues and chronic pain ... the solutions are a lot of trial and error
Dont give up

@outlander,I'm trying to be ok ,P***** off with the doctor the other day making judgements about my position and my obligations to my mother when he doesn't know the shit I've had .Fair dinkum,I'm over any W*****,thinking they know what's best,absolute f **** crap!
