I dont know how much longer i can keep going on like this anymore. I feel completely defeated right about now

@Former-Member sorry to hear past traumas affect you so much too. Its horrible isnt it. I feel for you too 💕
No, no meds have helped with sleep at all and ive tried several of them so i dont take them now.
That sounds like a nice place to live but yes very stressful in the lead up to that and whilst your new house is being built too.
Thats alot of stress happening around you! Is tour hubbys sickness something like a cold or viral infection-something that can be treated?. Im sorry to hear about your daughter, that must be really horrible for everyone involved and thise friends i feel for you there too. I lost all my friends and its so hurtful. I am glad you still have others and of course here to help you along too. Those friends are missing out on a beautiful friendship for sure 💕
The heat is horrible isnt it! Im so glad they invented air con!
Im not currently seeing a counsellor. Ill be maybe looking for another one i the near future though. This will be take 7.
I will keep an eye out for the tag! Looking forward to seeing your work!

My husband has cancer and other chronic health conditions @outlander. But you wouldn't know it by looking out him - he looks fit, youthful and agile. Looks can be deceiving sometimes. I hope this next counsellor is "the one" finally and can help you. Pics should be up soon 💕😊
