I dont know how much longer i can keep going on like this anymore. I feel completely defeated right about now

@outlanderbig hugs hun. You just need to take one day at a time and don't expect too much of yourself. We can only do the best we can and if that is baby steps than so be it.
@Shaz51I like jigsaw puzzles but do them mostly on my ipad these days.
I like reading autobiographies the best. Don't seem to read as much these days, find it hard to concentrate.

Im feeling really down today . Really depressed. I just went down to the shops to get the kids some icy polls and snags for sausage sizzle for lunch. I really need to keep them out of my hair today. Hubby went back to work today and working tomorrow untill next sunday. So im not looking forward with all the pressure of ha ing the kids and worrying about my court date. Which is a week and half away now. Im so stressed. I cant even talk to the kids properly. I cant even think properly. I feel like im going mad.

I like all sorts of books. I like medical things alot too.
I know @Former-Member it is hard so minute by minute for now.
I didnt know they had puzzles on ipads.

It’s food that you are setting the kids up with some activities @Bubbles3. Are they old enough to cook their own sausages ? I used to do them in the oven so I could sit down and take a break while they cooked themselves.

sorry to hear things are rough @Bubbles3 i know its overwhelming having the kids. let them entertain themselves for while. tell them go go and play outside under the horse or something for a bit

You can get a puzzle mat that has a cylinder that you roll the mat around with the part-finished puzzle on it, then roll it back out onto a table top when you want to work on it. Games shops sell them.
Jigsaw puzzles are very good as a calming activity and can help distract from whirling thoughts. It has been one of my coping mechanisms for a long time now.
