I dont know how much longer i can keep going on like this anymore. I feel completely defeated right about now

@outlanderwell a kid free day sounds nice. Sometimes when we don't sleep alot, resting is the next best thing, so nice that you could lay in bed. You need to eat something hun even if it is only something small.
We are inside with the air con on. Very hot and windy outside so not going out there at all!

Yeh they might be over later but a few hrs is good. Pops out and should be back soon so had an hr or so to myself. I think its 32 here hopefully cools tonight before tomorrows nearly 40. Will have to go to the horses late this arvo to feed and make sure waters are full but im.avoiding atm till late if not mum and kids should do them.
I might have something later. Not hungry anyway.
No complaints from kids about boredom then lol too hot!

@outlanderno that are entertaining themselves. We might watch a movie or something later. Moved from bed to couch and thats it today.

I actually want to go for a drive and get away for abit. From everything. I dont even feel safe in my own house. It doesnt feel like a home and a few aniversairies are coming up and its leading up to april and i know april is still a while away it already has me on edge. But these are the lead up dates to april.
They have me on edge but atm i am at the point i dont care what happens to me anymore.

with the jigsaw puzzles , i will do little bits from time to time @outlander, so i am glad i can leave it on a spare table forever
and the reading books , I like magazines ( not the rubbish ones)
