atm im watching a movie- well its on but not really paying attention to it. im babysitting as well till later on today thats probably the only thing keeping me at a functioning level today.

this will never end will it Pebbles. Mental illness isnt something that can be treated to be elminiated. nightmare after nightmare, flashback after flashback, constant meltdowns. i am really struggling with it all and i dont know how much longer i can just keeping 'floating'

@outlander It can be tough, so tough. Not being able to see out of it can be common too. I'm not sure for you but I know when I can't see the light or end it can be for a number of reasons. Reasons that now speak very loud to me as warning signs. Taking things back to basics and trying not to judge yourself for it. It is ok if the only thing you can do today is eat, drink, sleep and repeat. Sometimes those days are needed. Leaning on supports when possible. I know you already know all these things but sometimes we get clouded and find it hard to connect with what we know.

Things will feel easier. ALways hopeful for a better way. Be gentle with yourself. WHat movie have you got on? 🙂

i was taking a read of my safety plan abit earlier today @Former-Member and the 'warning signs' are basically my way of 'living' so really they arent warning signs anymore. i cant sleep, i dont want to sleep anymore. i thought after having a few nights without nightmares it was ok to sleep but after last night i no longer want to sleep. even that is too hard to do, when its suppose to be a bsic neccessity. i cant reach out for any more offlines supports. i dont find them helpful and the ones i have dont know how to help and im tired of going there and getting no answers, talking to a brick wall or just getting 'put downs' i am really struggling to have any faith in our mh systems.

atm its narnia- part 2. its just about to finish. not sure whats on next when im baby sitting i let them pick as they are more likeley to watch it and be happy.

@outlander I wonder if contacting the Help Centre to work on updating your safety plan would be a helpful choice? We're here until 10pm today 🙂
