I dont know how much longer i can keep going on like this anymore. I feel completely defeated right about now

@Former-Member@Former-Memberi cant tell you what i done. i just got back from medical centre for it. needed treatment this time 😞 i thought i was past this.
it seems the less pain and more energy meant you were recovering from your illnesses but maybe youve over done it abit this week. back to resting up.

the guidelines say im not allowed to @Former-Member so i can only talk about it very minimal terms and i am upset with myself for it. i ignored it all last night but turns ou i needed more than just self care.
