When that happens I get worse back-pain or it can start of a flare up and it sounds a bit like that for you atm

Whew - I just got back from a walk to the shops and got some pretty paper for my rellies' letter and it's hot here - but yes

I guess you know when to get help with your neck problems - and problems with the c-spine - that is your neck - are really uncomfortable

You know - I get it that you are trapped at your mother's house right now but that middle sister can start learning a few things at 15 - but I also get it that the little one is into pressing her buttons - I know she's into pressing buttons and I had one little sister - oh boy - would you believe that in her later years she still tries but of course never gets a reaction from me

I never like the idea of using ice near my spine Outlander and I don't recommend it and if it's really hot where you are then I guess a warm pack won't help much either

But if you find breathing getting harder - I forget if you said there was swelling - I think you did - then you know to go to the ED by now I guess

@Owlunarstrange how bodies work hey. storms are a mental trigger but i dont think not so much a physical one. the cold makes it flare though but its not cold here.

i hardly use heat pack as im 'hot' blooded anything over 18 degress and i need several showers a day because i heat up way to quick.

ive been taking magnesium and using a megesium cream as my last resort- its not helping as yet though. yeah neck swelling- still there

mum said do i want to go out for dinner- i said maybe but i highyl doubt it. im really not up for it at all
