@Sans911that is understandable hun, away from your home, from your safe place.
I hate setting goals b/c I feel crap if I don't achieve them. My psych and I have set goals but we have chosen small goals that I can achieve easily, or if I don't achieve it will not matter.
They don't have to be big ones, just set a few small tiny easy goals to start of with.
