I dont know how much longer i can keep going on like this anymore. I feel completely defeated right about now

I know I hold a lot in. I hate burdening others with my problems and it probably stems a lot back to my silence as a child (well thats what the psych says). I have always held it in, maybe if I don't say/write it, than its not true, I only imagined it......
I don't want to do anything that I will regret, but I do know I am pushing my limits. I just want to forget and make my problems go away. I know my psych is worried about it and I guess I am too.
Anyway, what I have taken has kicked in and starting to feel the effects of them.
@Sans911and @outlander I hope you both get some sleep tongiht, you both mean so much to me, take care both of you

@outlander too late, and you've been far too quiet lately, so probably good for you to vent. It's ok to feel frustrated and emotional. But like I said to Nell, don't keep it all inside. Emotional and physical pain are often connected, as you well know. Try to get some sleep tonight lil Sis. Sounds like you you need to switch off.
I'm logging out as my headache is getting worse. I've just got pain meds now. But the doc who charted my sleeping tablets has got it wrong. So none for me tonight; bloody frustrated & annoyed. I only take them now every few days now, cause they're so ineffective if I take daily (I develop tolerance to so many meds quickly).

Hi @outlander
It sounds as if you have your plate full with a variety of things and it is all a bit much and right before Christmas too - when everything goes crackers for just one day
Often I can't understand why it has to be this way - not good at all
I'm thinking of you and I care about you and I know you know this and I know you care about me too
I hope you are okay - just okay - sometimes that is the best we can manage

No not really but ill live. I got some housework done. And my finacial plan. Todays my last big day at work for a few days thank god for that. @Sans911
