I dont know how much longer i can go on like this

@outlanderno plans for holidays. Just taking one day at a time. Will have to take the kids out a few places if I can handle it. Guess I will just have too, I can't expect them to stay home all day every day.

I'm not talking to life line or beyond blue, don't find them any good. If I told them what I had done, I would have had someone knocking at the door, didn't want that. I didn't even get a chance to chat. Waited for ages last night and then got disconnected. By that stage had already done what I did so figured too late now anyway.

thats the thing about mh, just cause its destroying us life doesnt stop for others 😞

by the sounds of it you have raised some good kids and are pretty easy going. im sure they will be happy to get out a few times, might do you abit of good too maybe? things like nature walks or jsut sitting at the park can be good.

i dont find either of those helpful either. i find sane to be the best @Former-Member pity they werent open 24/7 too hey

@outlanderYea I find SANE the best too but was past their closing hours.

See how I go. Just taking it one night at a time and trying to get through it. Don't know which way is better. I know its all risky but I just really don't care anymore.
