I dont know how much longer i can keep going on like this anymore. I feel completely defeated right about now

@outlander - not really hun. It's just more of the same shite, different day. Nothing at all compared to what you & others are dealing with. And you had more than your fair share of distress without me adding to it. Sometimes there is nothing to be done at times but sit with these big ol' uncomfortable feelings and wait them out. And wait some more until the tears stop, and the pain in my chest goes away for a while.

I might get up and make a cuppa. Mmm.... Mint bikkies sound good. Yeah, it's gone 5am here, so I may as well get up and make a coffee.I It's my cat's 2nd birthday today, so lots of extra time for him today. I'll go buy him a new toy later and a special treat too.
