Not sure what you could do about the itch. Obviously heat doesn't help it, so does cold settle it down?

yeah im starting to think that @Former-Member maybe after xmas though esp if im about to cop another vet bill.

ive asked 3 different gps to send me to a dermatologist but they jsut say the same thing. this i know isnt anxiety becsue ive had it for a long while like i remember my na yelling at me sayng stop scratching you look like a dog. its jsut alot worse now. they wont do tests or anything. lol thats a first, me wanting tests. but it is seriously driving me nuts. its everywhere, and i mean everywhere and its like having lice or something crawling all over you including in certain areas. nope heat makes it worse, water and weat make it worse. i cant go in the cold ocean either as it ggrivates it.

That must be very frustrating especially if the gp won't send you somewhere. I wish I knew how to help you with it

@outlandernot great. Really battling with the thoughts in my head atm especially the SH. Have taken prn's but not doing much. Think I will need to take more soon.
