I dont know how much longer i can keep going on like this anymore. I feel completely defeated right about now

I am okay with it now - time changes - I just stay in the time I am in in the place I am in ..... but it still takes a day or two to re-settle when it's a three hour difference for daylight saving .......

doesnt WA have daylight savings times at all?
have you been able to see any dolphins or whales passing through on your morning walks?

You have similar problems to me hypersensitivity, and I perceive people as putting me down,etc and the threat I see to my mental wellbeing. Seen a old work friend who pulled up when I was walking yesterday, but all I got was questions such as where I was living and why am I walking ?I perceive this as a threat because I don't feel safe .Can't talk to them knowing they gossip as well,which I am paranoid over.
I think its just everything @Sans911 including financial stress and pressures of job search. You mentioned job agency the other day,I hope you can obtain a medical certificate exemption like here to take that pressure off job requirement wise.Just focus on you.

No, WA doesn't have daylight saving @outlander. I think they trialled it one year and it was voted out.. We just tend to stay up later during the summer months without adjusting the clocks.
I haven't been up to many river walks for a while. I think al the chopping and changing, therapists, relocation, summer heat etc is just too unsettling. Today I have walked back from the coffee shop along the river, but no sign of dolphins. There tends to be a lot more water craft on the weekends, especially speed boats pulling water skiers, and I am sure that's not great for dolphin sonar comfort ......

Yes I do get f*"""" sick of it @outlander,stupid,she asked it twice,.Like where I'm living,it p*""""me off,who the f**" cares,,? I did mention that I don't feel like talking. I am so down I don't want to talk,they had a newer vehicle too which triggers me because I'm so low.

oh ok, fair enough. it must be the only state that doesnt do daylight savings times but i guess for those living over there its just a normal thing @Faith-and-Hope
yeah im not surprised your unsettled with everything going on for you! do you think theres some positive changes happening on the horizon or too soon to tell yet?
yeah i dont think the dolphins would hang around with all the activity going on. when we went on holidays down south if we were up early enough we would see the dolphins really close to shore and alot of swimmers and kyakers would just paddle or swim past them and the dolphins just werent bothered. we ended up getting some pics of a few dolphins surrounding a swimmer just passing by (cant show it here for identity reasons). its so nice to just see them in their natural environment isnt it.
do you get to see many whales passing through?

@Former-Memberhow strange... i havent been asked why im walking, ive been asked what sort of places do i walk to but to be asked why is just weird!
and yeah i hate people who jsut randomly ask where i live. i mean why ask that either unless close and intend on visiting or something.

Too early for any positive changes yet @outlander, although the rages have stopped. That was early in the intervention though.
