I dont know how much longer i can go on like this

@outlander You really need to consider calling a helpline. If you have already used grounding exercises and your usual coping strategies then there is only so much we can do here to help you. If you are in crisis then you need to contact someone that can give you more professional help. We are all here to support you but we are not trained to give you the help you deserve in these situations. Please consider reaching out to a helpline or your GP to help you get through this.

@outlander this might help ... do you have a cotton summer blanket? If so wrap it firmly around your body Not tightly but firmly to create the sensation of pressure like was being discussed earlier on this morning regarding weighted blankets.

Cotton one wont overheat you but create a gentle pressure on your body which might relieve the tension that you are feeling.

Make sure you are using the nebuliser right @outlander,that may be a factor.

@outlander,got no answers for you,just took two calmatives myself because I'm down,didn't want to go for a walk.Had a few triggers this morning,it does affect you.Go to hospital if you get too bad,orswitch off from this and lay down and focus on your breathing.

If you can't keep yourself safe, your GP is not contactable and a helpline isn't an option then you need to go to hospital @outlander - you need help and if nothing else is working then hospital may be your only option here. You can't help or support anyone else if you aren't able to do the same for yourself - You come first @outlander

@outlander I also agree with @Former-Member - switching off from here is a wise option. I know you see the forum as your only support at times like these but 'staying' in the place that has triggered you is actually feeding into your distress. You may not see this but we can. You would not stay in any other situstion that has caused you distress or triggered you and you need to apply those same thought patterns to thinking if 'this' is the right environment for you at the moment. I am not saying this to 'push you away' from support here - I really am thinking of your emotional well-being.
