I'm sorry your struggling with tough things right now. I think the 'light at the end of the tunnel' has become that bright it has become blinding. I think the turmoil may still continue even when you reach it, you've been in that tunnel so long, stepping out from it may be a little overwhelming. But I think you do have the strength to climb out of it and feel solid ground again; you may not be able to stand tall, you may stumble and fall, but I really believe it will be better than where you are and have been for too long.
