Thanks @outlander, having you close by helps. I don't know if it's what triggered me the other day or the new meds not working, but it's just too much

@outlanderI have been trying different strategies today but not working that well. I know I have my forum sisters but feel so alone irl. I am trying to resist SH tonight and control the SI thoughts that seem strong tonight. I think it is probably a mixture of things.
