I dont know how much longer i can keep going on like this anymore. I feel completely defeated right about now

you and me both sis @Sans911 night times are always the worst. the days i seem to be able to manage things alot better. showers, talking here, drawing, movies, even a short drive. it all adds up but its feels wasted by the time night time comes and it feels like ive not gotten anywhere.
going in for a shower in a minute. i can already feel the anxiety raising which ive been managing but i havent gone to bed yet

@outlander there's nothing wrong with taking a nice hot shower before bed. Set up a nice ritual 30m8ns before bed. Hot drink, turn bed down, a few comfortable pillows, room nice and dark, soft music a aromatherapy diffuser(if you have one) with lavender, chamomile & sandalwood). Make your bedroom a really special place. No anxiety allowed. If you need to set aside 15mins for 'worry time', write your worries down if helps then that's it.

.i had a shower. The fam bam are still all here in this house but when they leave i can.
I did a journalling thing earlier today like a worry room and walk away but this anxiety. I dont even know what im anxious over but its starting to cause another like last night with being breathless and tight chest and really fast heart and nausea. Its starting to bug me cause i cant get rid of it and i dont even know what im worrying about unless it was the nightmare early this morning

Thanks @outlander I'm not sure if I can. I'm scared that if I start then the flood gates will open and I will lose the little control that I am hanging onto. If I lose that, then I don't think I could stop my thoughts atm
