they said i was over the worst a week ago too though @Former-Member@Former-Member i jsut want to get better. i dont want to go to hospital and gp already said that she doesnt think its neccessary but after last night as well. it worried me!
i havent got a nebuliser yet but ive got the script for the stuff to put in it. hmm might have to find my nans one she had.

Chest infections can take a fair while to get over and like anything affected by stress @outlander

@outlanderpneumonia does take a long time to recover from, longer than a chest infection. If you can't find your Nans nebuliser I am pretty sure you can hire them from the chemist

@Former-Member @outlander - never are only by prescription. I haven't read very far back but if you're feeling tight chested then get into the bathroom with shower on full heat and pressure

@outlander sorry I've read back now. Yes, you can hire them from chemist. You really need to level out your anxiety. I know it seems everyone is telling you this and I understand how hard that is. Do whatever it takes. Distraction, music walking away, have a shower, anything. Otherwise your recovery will take much, much longer or you could have a relapse. If om a little harsh, it's only because I'm frightened how unwell you've been, and I just want you better.
