Full of anxiety and i cant get it to settle! The past 2 hrs ive tried to settle it. Its making me physically sick and i have no idea of the trigger either. It came on so suddenly as an anxiety attack and its still hanging around!

@outlander,hi @Former-Member and @Faith-and-Hope,as I have said anxiety with me can be with triggers or none,and its like someone has come along and slapped me in the back of the head.Hi @Sans911,hope they haven't got you in a straight jacket !lol.
On a walk to cope,had to give my Dr appointment to my mother, probably make another one for myself for Friday as my thoughts aren't great.
