I dont know how much longer i can keep going on like this anymore. I feel completely defeated right about now

I agree exhaustion in all areas takes a long while to recover from. Its exhausting being exhausted!

@outlanderwell I am just about to take thie kids to shool and then go up the strret and get some food. Havent taken them for ages to making myself get out and feel ok to drive. School and shops are close however.

Going to push myself today to do that. Will probably be exhausted after that!!

You make sure you take it easy today and don't overdo things. Don't want to go backwards

No i will be taking it easy just doing the light stuff. I dont want another repeat of yesterday. Didnt realise how much it got to me more in physical sense.

@outlander I thought you missed my poem. Glad you liked it. Good luck with helping your family move. Don't you dare do any heavy stuff; put your foot down on that one. And try to enjoy some of it. I know it'll be a little stressful but you'll be ok.

Nope no heavy stuff. Lol is that big sis tone coming out is it 😜 @Sans911 i can't really do much else yet first load is done byt its all the stuff to put togethet like beds dining table shelving.
