@outlander - yep here hun. Not tonight, but have a look at Solfeggio sometime. It's mostly free, has meditation for sleep and other issues. I've used it quite a few times

Thanks @Sans911 I just want to sit for abit. Stressing about tomorrow even though i dont have any control over it. So will just lay here

Drs @Sans911 rhey are going to decide if home is fine or i need to go to hospital.
Im site everything will be fine-thining if i think it enough it will be ok.

@outlander - 'I sound tired'. I love that, even when you can't see me! I am tired, exhausted even. My joints are hurting.

You can't do anything about tommorow yet. And if necessary it will be a medical admission quite different from a mental health one. Heck, it might even do you the world of good having others wait on you. No cooking meals, proper rest. Let's just wait and see what happens

I know hospital is not a good place for you. I get that. I was trying to lighten the mood a little. Are your pain levels easing?
