@outlanderthat is a great way to look at it. I always use visual aids to help when my anxiety is high or I am having a flashback. Can be very beneficial

stressing about tomorrow @Former-Member but tired and not sure how long ill last tonight tbh and if im still up at 12 ill be redoing something. i need some sort of sleep.

I tried to do a meditation and it made me worse. I thought it was suppose to help

@outlander guess it depends on how you did it. I do progressive muscle relaxation. I have a copy of my psychologist ‘s voice doing it with me and use that almost every day. He has a very soothing voice. But you can find heaps of them on line

@Former-Member just tried a second one. Made no difference at all. Wont waste aymore credit on crap that doesnt help. So will just sit here for abit and listen to music
