@Former-Member You are sounding a bit flat ... can't be bubbly all the time though can we? It is hard when you (not meaning you in particular) have a family/friends and you have to put on a facade that everything is alright when really deep inside you are being shredded.

@Bunniekinsoh very hard. Hubby had to come to pdoc today and that was one thing he mentioned to the pdoc. That I put up a front to family/friends. Can be very exhausting. I am ok, just a bit tired now. I think we all find going to app. tiring however.

nope @Former-Member my sister asked me if we could go to the horses. i said id see and casue i found the spot i was ok, got up and nope sat back down.

i was suppose to go watch a horse show tomorrow, ive been wanting to go for a while and i cant. i can hardly move at home let alone an hours drive with kids in the car being overwhelming
