@Appleblossom - I try to watch something inane. Reading is difficult as I struggle to concentrate. I'm in bed now but sleep has been elusive these last few weeks especially.

Yes @Sans911 its a vicious cycle. A hard one to break too. I tossed about all night which then aggrivated the pain and made me more irritated.
I didnt uuse smiling mind i just put my music back on and playing games on my phone till whatever hr it was . Im up again already to take people out.
Anxiety is through the roof for no apparent reason.
Im about ready to take a few things to bloody sleep today.
