Thanks @Former-Member its this damn pain. Pain is a trigger. Its annoying. Ive been busily active on the forums and its helping but i can feel it creeping in through the cracks that arent sealed tight enough

I should be asleep yet im too irritated to sleep. Ive got to get up at 5 to take people to train station and all i want to do is have a peaceful sleep but i cant and it just makes me more irritated 😞

@outlander would your smiling mind app help? It's a viscous circle isn't it? You are irritated, want to sleep but you're irritated, get more irritated by your irritation, mind goes into overdrive, an on it goes.
My anxiety has calmed but I'm also irritated too. And physically uncomfortable. I know you posted half hour or so ago, so I'm hoping that you have settled
