I dont know how much longer i can keep going on like this anymore. I feel completely defeated right about now

And besides itll come out grouchy and don't want that either. .
Im going to bed now anyway. Taken tablets for pain and fever and whatever else let's hope they work tonight.

Well...I think it is pretty well established around here that I'm not exactly a pro when it comes to navigating tricky social situations, but there are some rules that I try to follow (I super like rules 
). Hmmm...let's see.
- It's best not to try and deal with a tricky social situation when we are full of big feelings.
- A good way of phrasing things is to say "when you said X, I felt Y."
Um...that's all I can think of right now.
