I dont know how much longer i can keep going on like this anymore. I feel completely defeated right about now

@outlander I could get my hot water bottle filled up again ... my covers feels like clean cotton, soft and crisp. No more rain it is still. Not sound at all.

Hopefully ill have answers tomorrow.
Everyone was out except my pop. Pop called the ambulancr and he had no idea what to do. Except call an ambulance. It was explained to mum afterwards. The stress and triggers i have at home cant be dealt with because they are the family members themselves. They are trying to move out. Ive been helping by going to house viewings for tem as well.
And yeah not really well myself with everything going on.

Good idea @Bunniekins then you can cuddle tgat and feel how warm it is against your skin and through your clothes.
