@outlander you have amazing people sitting here with you and providing support and I know that will continue as it usually does.
...but I agree here with @Former-Member that you have 'gone down very quickly' and you may need more support if you are in crisis than can be offered here. Please consider this for your own safety and wellbeing.

@outlander you will have peaks and troughs - atm you are in a trough - this is going to happen at times whether you think you are 'getting better' or not. That is why it may be helpful to talk it out with a professional while you are actually in the trough - to work through exactly what you are feeling and how you have reached this point - just trying to help you here Outlander.

@outlanderwhen we are more vunlerable things will set us of easier than normal sis.
The triggers I have had this week have been so little and would not have normally set me off but they have this week. It just happens.
I do agree with @Zoe7 you need to talk to someone whether it be on here, on chat or on the phone.❤
