Ahh ok prescription meds for sleep hardly work so i have to get gp meds @Former-Member

Yeah I just went and told them what I needed I had to show my licence and stuff but I didn't have to go to my doctor @outlander

Im attempting to draw a tiger which is proving alot harder than it looks!!

@outlanderhey hun, I've read back a bit. Sorry you went through that but I am glad you got yourself to hospital and you got cared for there. Hopefully you are feeling a bit better. It is hard to come home from that and continue on but you seem to be doing a good job of reaching out on here. Keep talking sis

Seems the only thing that is keeping me sort of sane is talking here and drawing. Yesterday and this morning i thought about going back. I am struggling to come to terms with everything including what ive done and trying to just get on with life again

@outlanderI understand the struggling part. I have so much shame and guilt in my head atm. If talking and drawing is what you need to do, then continue that, but if you need to go back to hospital please do. When it comes to you, YOU are the most important person sis.

@outlander try not to look back hun. I know, it's much easier said than done, but you'll only have more questions than answers. Look forward, keep putting one foot in front of the other. You can do this.
