I dont know how much longer i can keep going on like this anymore. I feel completely defeated right about now

I guess it going to a point for me when I kind of start questioning what exactly i was putting into my body obviously it's not complete poison otherwise the doctor wouldn't give it to me but I just get a bit iffy and I was having all sorts of random symptoms

As stated @outlander,I take mega B vitamin as well for nervous system and energy.Magnesium Google states "regulates cortisol,calms your nervous system and prevents excessive cortisol."

@Former-Member thanks yeah one od the meds i was on made me pretty sick and was having so many side effects wit wasnt worth it.

But that one I don't use is for sleeping and my main one is anxiety stuff @outlander

Oh ok yeah i had a sleeping tablet but it was all mixed in to like a prn tablet as well.

Oh ok nah I just bought mine from the chemist I didn't have to go to the doctor for the sleeping ones
