I dont know how much longer i can go on like this

im not giving up on you either sis @Former-Member i just hate this. i realy hate it. i dont seem to have any bright days, i dont like asking for help all the time. its embarrassing

@outlanderonce again totally understand how much you hate it and it is simply not fair.

The forum is here for everyone to help each other out. We are all going to have our down moments and sometimes they might last a day, a week, a month or even longer. We cannot control that and everyone is different. We all have those times where it feels like we don't have any "bright days" so we need to look for "bright moments". I have had a hell of a day but my son just gave me a big cuddle. Ok the day was crap, but I just had a "bright moment". Don't be embarassed for asking for help, we all understand that sometimes we need more care and love than at other times.

And from what I can see, you are speading you wings around the forum and are helping others even when you don't feel the best yourself.

im glad your son gave you a hug, he sounds sweet. hope hes going ok now and your daughter too.

i would rather help others, it takes my mind off what im feeling even for a little bit.

@outlandermy kids are fine thanks for asking.

I find that too, by helping others it takes my mind off what is happening in my own life at the moment.

And that is the beauty of forum land, people understand each other!

@outlanderyou are going through a lot at the moment, I think you need to be a bit more gentle on yourself and show a bit of self compassion (and yes easy to say, hard to do!)
