Have a nice long hot shower and try and settle down a bit. I will still be here when you get out

@outlandersis I don't think anything I say at the moment will change your thinking. I can say its not your fault and you are not a bad sister, but I doubt that it will change how you feel, since you seem to be really upset at the moment.

Hopefully in time you will see this, but probably not right now. But I do think you need to try something so you are not as upset and thinking a bit more clearly. Have you had a shower yet? As i said before, I will still be here when you get out

@outlanderwell I can't help you with that part!! Unless you want a shower fully clothed.

Just give yourself a bit of time. A shower always seems to help me. Gets rid of the tension and makes me feel a bit calmer

@outlanderI totally understand the wanting to give up and questioning if it's worth it. Been there a lot lately myself.

But you are worth it hun, you have such a big caring heart and deserve to be happy. It might not happen tomorrow but it will happen. I'm not giving up on you so don't give up on yourself. Use your forum friends to see you through those dark days that we all have.
