sorry about yoru back, @Appleblossom are you ok? Is that the physio who helps you with that? Hope you're ok.

I'm busy between appointments and NDIS stuff and also trying to get back to self care. I'm in therapy all the time atm, like every day lol. I have a few different support people I see so not the one therapist just different supports like a counsellor, social worker, and pyschiatrist.

not up to much here. can see me putting window a/c units in here soon. I got two outside bamboo blinds up yest after looking at them for months.. So that was a big deal for me.

Wanting to help is such a human thing, and sometimes things come out wrong. Yet we can't stop the helping

It's so weird what helps . I hope everyone in pain can find something that helps them.

Hey there @EternalFlower .. Thats the truth mate. Mind mechanics hey. Just when I think I

have the right spanners, the person in peril has swapped their petrol out, for an electric.

There are folks that have the tools to fix us, but as you have already found, There's a stampede for them.

It will take you some time to find support workers that are a good fit. Its no different to running a small

business. I found mine and they are troopers. Now I look after them like gold. Tea coffee lunch music,

and a happy environment.

Each one of them has, a mortgage, kids, traffic, stress, there own good n bad days, just like me.

Day I forget they are fallible, . . . . just like.. me I'll loose em to someone

more thoughtful.

How is your place coming along, and are you back into cooking again?

You have special skills in the kitchen @EternalFlower . I've not forgotten.

Well , Please don't neglect the things you love mate. Cooking, writing, etc. I for one read and enjoy your words, and your recipes are still on the fridge door back home.
