Hi @Jacques, thanks for the hugs last night. A morning hug back to you. How great that you finally have some rain. It's a rainy Sunday here too. I like the feeling of gentle rain on days like today, seems to calm down my wired nerves.

we are ok @Jacques, hubby is having side affects from his meds , so he has to go off them and start new meds , have to see how he goes with the new one

Hi @Mazarita I think the sleep problem this week was really down to having extra people in the house and getting a lot more stimulation. Will see how I go over the next week and have an appointment with the Dr coming up. Since my guests left I've really come crashing back down to earth and have been napping day and night so overall have caught up on a lot of that missed sleep. I do practice sleep hygeine most of the time and use breath also and even have a sleeping tablet I can use occasionally if needed but didn't want to use it while I had guests.

Aside from preparing for and then having guests life has just muddled along for me. Have a couple of good friends I see regularly but spend most of my time home alone as they both work a lot. Will be seeing them both on Tuesday.

Hi @Shaz51 @PeppiPatty amazingly it rained up here today too (top end of northern territory)... strange as it was the official start of the dry season today. Loved it!
