Night Shift

well it rained last night 200 mm ,

today the sun came out , we mowed all morning , then we went food shopping -- we get ours and my mums , put all the stuff away

and hubby is out mowing next door now , he is non stop today and have to see how he is tomorrow -- he might be sleeping all day

Thank you @Jacques, for your wonderful caring comment , Yes my husband is ok , his depression goes up and down soo much in one day , each day is different

Yes, i understand mum said my mood can change from one conversation to the next, she said i can go from normal to seriously depressed in 10 min. it is all about management.

I just know family stress can cause people like us to slide down hill so quickly. please keep an eye on him, get him to see the doctor if you see signes that he is not coping.

I didn't know your husband had ups and downs like that, Shaz, made worse by recent events no doubt. I had the idea it was mainly anxiety that he dealt with. But I know that anxiety and depression often go hand in hand. Sorry to hear he has swings between the two. Hoping the grieving process is gentle on you both.

I'm okay today except didn't wake until 1pm, without a headache thank goodness and back less tender. But feel sort of dazed. I saw my psychiatrist earlier and told him about the fall. He suggested I see my GP as it could be concussion. I think I'm okay but will probably do that on Monday just to be on the safe side. Rang Mum and chatted for a while after the appointment. Did the dishes, made the bed, showered, etc. Spending a little bit of time here and will probably do a bit of video editing tonight. That's about it for me so far today.

I am so exhausted after a big day, so my evening will be filled with the back of my eye lids 😄 i don't think i will be up to late tonight.

Hi @Jacques, you've been busy with projects lately and adjusting to new future living arrangments. It's no wonder you are tired. Have just sent off an application to an overseas film festival as it happens! Doesn't take place until later in the year so won't hear whether anything of mine has been selected for some months. It was a big application though, including putting together a video especially for it. Glad I got it all together and sent off. Have started laying out some new projects this week. Ah yes, I know how welcome the sight of the back of your eyelids can be at times. Rest peacefully, @Jacques, when you get there.

OMG How exciting, i will be part of your cheer squad, i know you will do well, please let me know how you go with the application, i know you will make a fantastic movie for it.

It just makes me feel.....weird that I worked so very hard for him to have to worry about anything, he was sure he was going to die from the brain tumour,,,,,,him and me and my oldest son......this is going to sound so crass because it is money talk but

after school stuff like private swimming lessons.....

I paid 160 per fortnight for tutoring

100 for Psychotherapy

I worked like you cannot believe to pay and at the time, jeepers kreepers, it was so so hard and now .....the poor man has this to work through.

I truly believe that you need to be always be strong all the time as a parent, doesnt matter how old your children are.

At the time, I thought I was getting support from my FAther but I wasn't.

I look at @Shaz51 or @lisajane or @strugglingmum......it's like I dont have it anymore. I need more support.

But I've got you people now (yay)

You sound like you did the best you could and from knowing you on here i know you would have been the best mum possible, it is difficult this news, and you are right, parents should care about their children no matter what age they are.

You are a wonderful person @PeppiPatty, and i am so proud you feel you get support from me, i feel so honoured to have you accept me as a friend :).

no she is still going, she has to do all the white background, it is a scene of a family of panda bears, so cute. i will post ASAP, i iwll tell her to hurry up 😄
