ok so she could try Reachout @Bunniekins they have online forums on there as well for people aged 14-25. she might find she likes it or its not her thing. i learnt of there during the last chat we had here for young people and were introduced to one of the mods on reachout
could you maybe tell her about that one? its the right age group for her and it wouldnt be a problem for her or you as you can both have your space and be free to chat as you like

@outlander Outlander do you find that when the voice/voices start it is very hard to say no to them regardless of how destructive theyit/they are being?
I find one is particularly mesmorizing. I find it hard to say no to him. Thank God for medication!

yes @Bunniekins they do become very overwhelming! i dont have a particular tone, i cant distinguish them but they are a voice.
i often see figures as well, to the point im crawling around commando style on the floor becasue i see figures in the window. i cant make them out but its jsut like those black silohuettes except the eyes! the pierce right into my soul!
ok good, i read that and thought geez i sound like a b**ch! ok good luck, let me know how it goes, forums arent for everyone though so jsut keep that in mind, let her know give her the website then let her make up her own mind, again she might not tell you she is on there.

@outlander You know what outlander ... when I am feeling down and bad about basically everything I force myself to remember that we are a tiny bit of space dust in the whole universe and just that thought puts all my worries into perspective.
It is hard when things are particularly bad just the size of black holes compared to our universe let alone our Earth are incredible and humbling. I love space!

@outlander The sihouattes makes me feel so much better ... I have my male and then two females who spoke to me awhile back (they have been quiet lately). My male ... I dont know if I can actually come out and say this ... so I will hint at it but he gave me the best present I have ever had in my life!
So although he can be troublesome ... omg he has his compensations.

oh yeah stupid silhoutettes. i get them when im driving sometimes and have to remeber they arent real. i didnt always have silouettes it came after an imense time of stress which was when i was first diagnosed with MH issues and my mother slammed me and told me its my fault i have mh and then her bf said it again to me not that long ago as well.
ive been in such a state i felt unsafe from these and was going to ahve to call in reinforcements but its just my brain. my mothers and no one knows about it except my psychiatrist and gp. my psychologist doesnt even know about them yet.
hmm not sure im getting the hint... as long as it doesnt identify you it should be fine
