I once danced for 3 hours straight because one of my voices told me to do so ... I just think a)great for the head and stress b) good exercise.

@outlander one of my children has depression and I have been encouraging her to join the forum as a support but she is very reluctant ... any suggestions?

im thinking maybe shes worried about what she writes becasue your here...... i dont mean to sound mean but if i knew my mother was on here id wouldnt be here either just out of fear of what i write and wouldnt be able to say what i really think
hmmm suggestions though... maybe if she agrees to it, you can 'introduce' her to some of the younger memebers such as myself and also Hamsolo01

@outlander I didn't think of me cramping her style as I thought she would go online without telling me her name but of course it would be a problem sooner rather than later ... it would go against the privacy rulings I am sure ...
She is 23. The more I think about it the more I think you are right it could end up being a problem. Damn ...
